What challenges were you facing before?
Our current mobile app was not fit for purpose and was hindering an ability to provide additional features that would make it easy for customers to send treatment certificates and have valuable insights and data about mould treatment jobs. We also needed to reduce the administrative overhead in our business of administering users and supporting the mobile app. Creating AI worked with us to design, build and support a brand new secure mobile application. This work has dramatically improved the user experience, reduced admin overheads in our business and given our customers data that will enable them to spot trends, make service improvements and design proactive data driven programmes of work.
